Show Terms & Conditions
RULES
1. Held under Poultry Club rules.
2. In the event of an exhibitor making an objection the decision of the officers of the N. & D.P.C. is final.
3. Feeding and watering of stock is the responsibility of the owner.
4. N.&D.P.C. do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage, however caused.
5. Classes of two entries or less may be amalgamated with appropriate A.O.V. class.
6. N.&D.P.C. reserve the right to appoint additional judges if applicable.
7. N.&D.P.C. reserve the right to remove any sick birds from the show.
8. No late or telephone entries will be accepted.
9. Junior classes 91-96 inclusive will be judged first. Exhibitors will be required to pen their birds in the presence of a Poultry Club judge and may be required to answer questions.
10. Four or more entries in any one breed/colour and a separate class may be made. So please state breed, colour and sex of all exhibits.
11. Subs payable now to run to 1st February 2013; Family - £7.00,
Single - £3, OAP, Junior - £2.00
